Kensington Realty Group is seeking experienced real estate agents. Prospective agents must have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, strong knowledge of the local real estate market and certain professional & personal characteristics that are required to be successful in this industry.
Agents receive 75% to 85% payout from commissions earned depending upon experience and past activity. Agents are required to have a home office equipped with a personal computer, a phone, a fax machine and a DSL connection.
Other startup costs include membership with the Local, State and National Assocation of Realtors, as well as a subscription to MLS and Supra Key for access to properties with a lockbox. In addition, agents are financially responsible for their own personal advertising, mailings, and promotion.
